- How long does it take?
- Usually two to three weeks from our first chat. The photo shoot takes about an hour of your time, and the rest we handle.
- What do you need from me?
- A short conversation, manager access to your Google Business Profile, and an hour on site for photography. That's it.
- What if I don't have a Google Business Profile yet?
- We'll create and verify it for you as part of the package, at no extra cost.
- With AI search growing, does my Google profile still matter?
- More than ever. AI answers pull local business details straight from your Google profile, so it needs to be complete and accurate to get recommended. Once AI narrows the shortlist, people still tap through to compare, and that's where great photos and reviews win the choice. And people searching Google Maps on their phone for somewhere nearby still scroll the photos before they visit. That hasn't changed.
- Will this guarantee I rank number one?
- No one can honestly promise that. What we can promise is a complete, accurate, well-photographed profile – which is what Google and AI assistants actually reward.
- Are there ongoing fees?
- No. It's a one-off $950 + GST. You own everything we set up, including the photos.
- Do you work outside Taranaki?
- We're local and we like it that way, though we do travel a bit further afield from time to time. If you're outside the region, get in touch and we'll see what works.
